1 Acceptance of Terms

  • Personal Tradelines: Adding clients as authorized users on established credit card accounts to help improve personal credit scores
  • Business Tradelines: Helping businesses establish and build business credit separate from personal credit
  • Credit Consultation: Providing expert advice and personalized recommendations for credit building strategies
  • Credit Monitoring: Tracking tradeline reporting to credit bureaus
  • Educational Resources: Providing information and guidance on credit building and financial wellness

Our services are designed to help clients improve their credit profiles through legal and compliant methods recognized by credit bureaus and federal law.

What We Do NOT Do

  • Remove negative items from credit reports (credit repair)
  • Guarantee specific credit score increases
  • Provide access to credit card accounts or account numbers
  • Make you liable for any debt on tradeline accounts
  • Engage in any illegal or unethical credit practices

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Reside in the United States
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • For business services: have a legally registered business entity with an EIN

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party
  • Take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4 Payment Terms and Refunds

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required in full before services are rendered unless alternative payment arrangements are made

  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before Placement: Full refund available if you cancel before we submit your information to the primary account holder
  • After Placement, Before Reporting: Partial refund may be available at our discretion, minus any processing fees incurred
  • After Reporting: No refunds once the tradeline posts to your credit report and the service has been delivered
  • Non-Reporting Guarantee: Full refund or replacement if tradeline fails to report within the expected timeframe due to our error

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action. We maintain detailed records of all transactions and service delivery.

5 Service Guarantees and Limitations

What We Guarantee

  • Tradelines will be placed on quality accounts with positive payment history, significant age, and appropriate credit limits
  • You will be added as an authorized user to the selected tradeline accounts within 1-3 business days of payment
  • We will monitor tradeline reporting and notify you when tradelines post to your credit report
  • If a tradeline fails to report due to our error, we will replace it or provide a full refund

What We Do NOT Guarantee

  • Specific Credit Score Increases: Individual results vary based on your unique credit profile. We cannot and do not guarantee specific point increases
  • Loan Approval: While improved credit may help you qualify for loans, we do not guarantee approval by any lender
  • Exact Timing: While tradelines typically report within 30-45 days, timing depends on the primary account holder's reporting cycle
  • Permanent Results: Tradelines remain on your report as long as you're an authorized user. Scores may change after removal
  • Acceptance by All Lenders: Some lenders may have policies regarding authorized user accounts

Service Timeline Expectations

  • Consultation: Within 24-48 hours of request
  • Payment Processing: Immediate to 24 hours
  • Authorized User Placement: 1-3 business days
  • Tradeline Reporting: 30-45 days (typically)
  • Customer Support Response: Within 24 hours

6 User Responsibilities and Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as requested
  • Maintain and promptly update information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information
  • Understand that providing false information may result in service termination and legal action

Use Services Legally and Ethically

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law
  • Not use our services for fraudulent purposes or in connection with any criminal enterprise
  • Not misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

Maintain Good Credit Practices

  • Continue to practice responsible credit management after using our services
  • Understand that tradelines are a tool to help build credit, not a substitute for good credit habits
  • Make timely payments on your own credit accounts
  • Monitor your credit reports regularly for accuracy

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Attempt to access or use tradeline accounts for purchases or transactions
  • Share tradeline account information with third parties
  • Use our services to commit fraud or engage in illegal activities
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our website or services
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website

7 Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Buy Credit Lines and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Buy Credit Lines.

Content Ownership

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Buy Credit Lines or its content suppliers

Results Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

  • Credit decisions made by lenders or creditors based on your credit report

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9 Indemnification

  • Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted by you or using your account

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Grounds for Termination

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to seek a resolution for any disputes. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND BUY CREDIT LINES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any litigation that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
